Job Validity Studies
OAD conducts job validity studies for clients whereby employees' in a given job category OAD "scores" are correlated against job performance measures.
For example, sales representatives' performance measures (quota, gross sales dollars, net margins) are mathematically compared against their measures of assertiveness, extroversion, level of detail attention, and other traits and behaviors.
We use the methodologies and standards prescribed by government bodies (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, British Psychological Society) and non-government associations (American Psychological Association) to assure standards and acceptance of results.
